To use, place the restraint over the top of an open door, with the rigid end on the opposite side. Close the door and you’re ready to go! You can attach your partner to these with rope or with a restraint of your choosing. Please note that these will not work on new, tightly fitting doors – there must be a small gap at the top for the rubber to fit through.
